The Volunteer Dental Outreach program has an extra $60,000.
That’s because the V.D.O. program raised the money at its seventh annual golf tournament at the Blairhampton Golf Club.
The tournament was sold out with 144 golfers and took place August 24th.
The V.D.O. program was founded in 2011 and according to a media release, it has provided over $2.1 million in dental services to the county.
The program provides emergency dental care to local residents who have a need.
