A suspected drunk driver will be in court November 1st.
The Haliburton Highlands O.P.P. were called about a vehicle in a ditch along County Road 503 in Highlands East just after 11:00 p.m. last Thursday.
After chatting with the 20-year-old male, the officers determined he has been drinking.
The suspect is charged with impaired driving, and driving over the legal limit.
His vehicle was impounded for seven days, and his driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days.
