A 30-year old Toronto man is facing four charges after the S.U.V. he was driving ended up in a ditch.
The Haliburton Highlands O.P.P. saw the vehicle along County Road 503 in Minden Hills Monday just before 9:30 p.m.
After talking to the suspect, officers determined he had been drinking.
He was charged with impaired driving, refusing to give a breath sample, possession of cannabis resin under one gram, and assault.

He will be in a Minden courtroom November 1st.
The suspect had his vehicle impounded for seven days, and driver’s licence suspended for 90 days.
