The Soyers Lake Road bridge is now closed for repairs.
Contractors began working on the bridge yesterday with the expectation that the work will be complete by December the latest.
According to a construction notice from the Township of Minden Hills, the seasonally maintained section of the road will be used as a detour route.
Work will be done on Monday to Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
