The Ontario Electricity Support Program will have a kiosk today at the Wilberforce library.
The Haliburton Heat Bank is hosting the kiosk to explain what the O.E.S.P. is all about and help people apply.
The program offers credits on energy bills ranging from $35-$75 a month for those in need.
Eligibility is based on income, and number of people per household.

Heat Bank Program Coordinator Tina Jackson says it could take anywhere from four-to-six weeks to process an application.
The kiosk will be open from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
