Haliburton Highlands Health Services is looking for community input to shape its future.
H.H.H.S. has an online survey available asking 11 questions to help the organization determine what should be included in future services.
Last year, H.H.H.S. was chosen as one of five rural health hubs in the province by Ontario’s Ministry of Health and Long Term Care.
The survey will be available until October 15th.

Among the questions health services hopes to answer with the survey are what services you used in the county, and what services you had to leave Haliburton to access.
