Cutbacks to small community hospitals are causing problems for local residents. Retired registered nurse Shirley Roebuck says the province is centralizing services to larger centres and its hurting rural communities. She says our local nurses are also feeling this effect. Roebuck says pressure needs to be put on our provincial leaders to end the cutbacks.
