Haliburton Highlands Health Services learns of physician recruiting efforts at board meeting

Efforts to bring more doctors to Haliburton County are going well.

That’s according to Haliburton Highlands Health Services President and C.E.O. Carolyn Plummer, who gave an update at yesterday’s board meeting.

Plummer says H.H.H.S. is getting locums to work shifts in the county.

Plummer also says she and H.H.H.S. Chief of Staff Dr. Kristy Gammon were in Kingston over the summer at a physician recruiting fair.
