The name of a victim that died when a canoe capsized on Sturgeon Lake has been released.
18-year-old Mohammadmehdi Ahmadi of North York passed away when the canoe he and three other men were using capsized.
According to the Kawartha Lakes O.P.P. two of the men survived and one is still unaccounted for.
The O.P.P. says it is still searching for the other victim.
According to the Kawartha Lakes detachment, none of the men were wearing life jackets.
The incident happened early Sunday morning.
