A 21-year-old Minden Hills man will have to be in a Lindsay courtroom on November 30th.
That’s because the Kawartha Lakes O.P.P. caught him driving impaired on Sunday morning around 2:40 a.m.
The O.P.P. found the driver on a check stop near Lindsay.
He is charged with impaired driving, refusing a roadside test, driving without a seatbelt, and having alcohol readily available.
