That’s because the fall semester could be extended into December 22nd according to school Principal Sandra Dupret. School has been off since October 16th at Ontario’s 24 colleges due to a faculty strike. A vote has already been scheduled by the Ontario labour Relations Board for between November 14 and 16 for the College Employer Council’s final offer The Haliburton school is part of Fleming College. The strike affects 106 students and two full-time faculty members at the school.
