Algonquin Highlands wants more information before making a decision on the future of the Dorset library.
The library is at the recreation centre, but Mayor Carol Moffatt feels better use can be made out of the space.
Moffatt says there are computers currently in the squash court and hallway.
She adds the township is not looking to shut down the Dorset library.
