News Highlands East facilities will be assessed for toxins SHARE ON: Smith Autumn, contributor, Wednesday, Jun. 18th, 2014 The Municipality of Highlands East has made the decision to have their facilities tested for toxins. After a hydraulic spill on highway 118 last month, a resident raised concerns about how it was handled.
