Twelve new affordable housing units are a step closer to being built along County Road 21.
Dysart et al council gave its blessing to a site plan agreement with the Kawartha Lakes, Haliburton Housing Corporation.
The townhome style buildings would be built by the Whispering Pines Development.
The housing corporation was asked to resubmit a site plan which added eight more parking spaces, as well as having those spaces closer to the buildings.
