The Moose FM Christmas Radiothon is tomorrow and Friday and we need your help!
This year’s radiothon is raising money for the four food banks in Haliburton County.
Highlands East Councilor Joan Barton is also on the Central Food Network’s Board of Directors.
While Barton says food donations are welcome, cash can go a long way.

The Central Food Network oversees the food banks in Wilberforce and Cardiff.
Marilynne Lesperance manages the Minden Hills Community Food Centre.
She says having money to buy cooking supplies in bulk allows the food centre to feed more families.
