A 45-year-old man will be in court on Thursday to answer for a first-degree murder charge.
A fire broke out at a home on Oak Street in Fenelon Falls on December 9th at around 9:30 p.m. that killed a 75-year-old man.
Following an investigation by the Kawartha Lakes O.P.P. the suspect was arrested and taken into custody.
He is charged with first-degree murder and disregard for human life.
