Haliburton’s first ever craft beer festival will see proceeds put back into the community

Head Lake Park will host an event next year for the first time.

The Haliburton and District Lions Club is holding a one day craft beer festival on July 21^st.

Admission will be $25 per-person and Lions Club Member Ray Howlett says almost all the money raised will go back into the community.

Aside from craft beer, there will also be food and music for entertainment.

Howlett adds the municipality fully supports this event.

Howlett says even though beer is being served, this is a family friendly festival.
