48-year-old woman charged after refusing to provide a breath sample to O.P.P.

A 48-year-old woman from Haliburton will be in court on January 25^th.

The Kawartha Lakes O.P.P. was investigating a traffic incident on Kent Street West in Lindsay on Monday evening just before 5:30.

The driver was asked for a breath sample and she refused to provide one.

The driver has been charged with failing to provide a sample.
