There are still more questions than answers when it comes to pot legalization.
That’s according to Algonquin Highlands Mayor Carol Moffatt.
Moffatt was joined by several politicians at a conference in Toronto this week for the Rural Ontario Municipal Association.
Moffatt says officials didn’t shed much light on rules surrounding cannabis legalization.
Moffatt feels the lack of resources for the O.P.P. in enforcing impaired driving is a huge problem.
Minden Hills Mayor Brent Devolin was also at R.O.M.A. and shared the same concerns as Moffatt when it comes to law enforcement around legalization, which is expect to happen on July 1st.
