Fresh bean sprouts have been recalled in Ontario due to possible salmonella contamination. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is saying the brand name Fresh Sprouts with the expiry date July 7 should be thrown out or returned. A CFIA food safety investigation discovered the contamination. No illnesses have been reported.
