News Single vehicle crash in Carnarvon totals car – 16 year-old driver sustains minor injuries SHARE ON: Smith Autumn, contributor, Wednesday, Jul. 9th, 2014 A report of a stolen vehicle resulted in a single vehicle crash early this morning. Haliburton Highlands OPP report the vehicle was spotted on Highway 118 around 1:30 am and the vehicle failed to stop. The vehicle crashed a short time later at Tulip Road east of Carnarvon. The 16 year-old male driver sustained minor injuries and was taken in to custody. The vehicle was a 2007 Toyota Camry, which was totaled in the crash. Constable Paul Potter says the incident is under investigation and charges are forthcoming.
