News County council moves money around to help pay for culvert replacement by Gould’s Creek SHARE ON: Kenny Trenton, contributor, Wednesday, Feb. 14th, 2018 Haliburton County is helping the Haliburton Highlands Association with a project. County C.A.O. Mike Rutter says it is to replace a culvert by Gould’s Creek. //www.myhaliburtonnow.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/Mike-1.mp3 To make it happen, council decided to take $10,000 from the rehabilitation of the Gelert Bridge as well as another $10,000 from the rail trail reserves.
