Dysart et al will be adding a new truck next year.
Council approved the purchase of a tandem axle truck with a snowplow that will be delivered next January.
The bill for the truck will be $244,274.88, which comes under the budgeted amount of $250,000.
The 2009 snow plow model the municipality has will be put into surplus.
There are no budget implications as the new truck will be covered by the development reserve.
