Safe boating is a responsibility we all share and Central Region OPP say wearing a life jacket is a simple solution to a big problem. 12 deaths on lakes have been reported across Ontario this year already, compared to only five at the same time last year. The OPP is sending out a challenge to all boaters to stop storing life jackets in the boat, and put them on every time they’re on the water.
