The Haliburton Highlands Chamber of Commerce made a presentation to county council last year asking for the money to produce a video showcasing the region as the ideal place to work and play. Chamber Manager Autumn Wilson says the video link will be shared with employers to send out to perspective new recruits. Wilson says the video will be geared towards a younger demographic. //www.myhaliburtonnow.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/AW-1.mp3 According to Stats Canada, over 62 hundred people in the labour force in the county are between the ages of 45 and 64.
