Canadian Blood Services is back in Haliburton on Monday.

Blood services is hosting its second donor clinic of 2018 at the Haliburton Legion from 1:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Territory Manager Andra Stancu says the target is 72 pints of blood, which the clinic in January surpassed.

Stancu tells the My Haliburton Now newsroom that there are approximately 15 appointment slots remaining and most of them are between 3:00 and 4:00.

Stancu adds that 72 pints of blood can save over 200 lives.
