Over 8 million dollars is available in the Enabling Accessibility Fund, and Algonquin Highlands is hoping to receive some of that. At the last council meeting, an application for funding was approved. Parks, Recreation and Trails Manager Mark Coleman will submit the application to build better accessibility at the North Shore Road office.
