News Flood warning issued for parts of Haliburton area SHARE ON: James Bowler, contributor, Friday, Apr. 27th, 2018 The Crowe Valley Conservation Authority has issued a flood warning for parts of the area. Flooding could already be happening in some waterways in parts of North Kawartha, Wollaston, Limerick, Tudor and Cashel, Faraday and Highlands East. The conservation authority says flows and levels in waterways will continue rising because of heavy rain over the last two days, along with a rapid snowmelt. They are expected to keep going up over the next 24 to 48 hours.
