The municipal election race is in full swing and the Haliburton Chamber of Commerce, CARP and media partners have set dates for the all candidates meetings.
Discussion around procedures made the decision to have the same process from the provincial election. Questions from the Chamber and CARP will be prepared ahead of time, and candidates will not receive them in advance. Residents in attendance at the meeting will also have the chance to ask questions during the meetings.

Highlands East: Tuesday, September 23
Algonquin Highlands: Thursday September 25
Dysart et al: Tuesday September 30
Minden Hills: Thursday October 2
County: Monday October 6
