The Municipality of Highlands East is saying goodbye to their Chief Building Official. Randy Dunsmore submitted his resignation on August 1. Dunsmore has been working for the municipality for seven years. Fire Chief Bill Wingrove is stepping in as the acting chief building official. Chris Baughman will be appointed the Acting Fire Chief.
