As the summer weather approaches, you’re being reminded not to leave your pets in your car.
That’s the message from OPP Constable Catherine Yarmel, who says the reminder is to keep your pet safe.
Yarmel says the best course of action on hot days is to find a way you can leave your pet at home.
Yarmel also says you could face criminal charges if police are called to your vehicle with a pet inside.
