TheĀ Haliburton Highlands OPP Criminal Investigation Unit is working with Surete Du Quebec on a case after getting a report of a kidnapping.
On Friday, July 13th the OPP receivedĀ a call of a kidnapping in the Township of Minden Hills.Ā The victim an adult female was located safely and OPP say there is no reason for public concern.
