It’s been hours and still no sign of seven-year-old Korbin South. The Almaguin Highlands OPP says the local boy fell into the Magentawan River in Burk’s Falls just before 7:30pm on Sunday. Family, friends and area residents have gathered at the Welcome Centre, frantically waiting for and sign of South. Listeners, who live in the area say search crews have drained the river down to see if they can see any sign of the boy. Search crews include OPP helicopters, Emergency Response Team, Dive team, marine and canine units.
