AmbiSHEous, an Ontario based leadership program for young girls, is hosting a workshop for girls aged 7-12 at the Haliburton Dance Academy.
Kathryn Forrest of AmbiSHEous says that the program is designed to help young girls achieve their big goals and that the program helps take bright ideas and turn them into successful ventures, career paths and social impact.
The workshop itself will focus on ‘the facts of life’ like money, business and politics. Forrest says that the workshop encourages the girls to stand up, speak their minds, and take action on their ideas. August 20th and 21st is the date of the workshop.
