Highlands East council received the final draft of the Greens Mountain Recreation Master Plan. David Clark from DAC Consulting has been putting the plan together for a new trails system with various partners and municipal staff for months. After a public meeting, Clark said the plan was designed around public feedback to create jobs, provide trails for all seasons, and draw people to the area. The municipality still needs to sign into a partnership with the MNR before anything can move forward.
