The Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge Health Unit wants you to be involved in their Strategic Plan.
If you have had any experience with the HKPR, they would like to hear from you on a number of things for their strategic plan going forward.
The health unit has opened a survey on their website for clients. This three-question survey is done online and asks you what does the health unit do well, what can they improve on, and what is the most pressing issue that the health unit needs to address.
The goal of the survey is to help the health unit learn where they need to focus efforts in the next strategic plan. The deadline to get your feedback in is November 9th.
