The Kawartha Lakes O.P.P. is investigating a crash between two vehicles.
The O.P.P. says that it is investigating the cause of a crash between a car and a motorcycle yesterday in Bobcaygeon. According to the police report, the cause of the crash is unknown but they know the motorcycle was travelling southbound on East Street when it collided with another southbound vehicle around 3:25pm.
Police officials say that the motorcyclist was taken to a local hospital and was later airlifted to Toronto to be treated for his injuries. There is no word on the condition of the 47-year-old motorcyclist or the other driver.
The O.P.P.’s Technical Collision Investigations was on scene and will continue to help with the investigation going forward.
