Haliburton Highlands Health Services is launching a new strategic plan that they’re saying will make them a leader in innovative rural health care. The plan that was made with the help of stakeholders has five main focusses to make sure their providing high quality services. Community engagement, connecting people to a full range of services, and investing in continuous care are only some. The plan also includes a lot of recognition and coordination with volunteers and community for their support.
