Minden Hills residents are getting Festive for the annual Festival of Trees starting tomorrow.
Haliburton County residents are being encouraged to go to the Minden Hills Cultural Centre for the ninth annual Festival of Trees. The Festival of Trees is an event that has the centre decorated with 30 different traditionally decorated Christmas Trees. Organizers say, aside from the trees, there will be wreaths, garland, gift baskets, and gift certificates.
According to Minden Hills staff, throughout the event, the trees on display are going to be raffled off. Any families or young children are going to be given the chance to shop at gift and candy shops. Also expected to be there is Santa Claus.
The festival of trees is running from the 23rd to the 25th.
