With the new year upon us, so too is a new batch of municipal council meetings.
Although the holiday is not quite over for some, municipal politicians are heading back to work starting next week.
The first municipality to meet in the new year is Highlands East, the Trails and Outdoor Tourism Committee meets on Wednesday. The following day, Haliburton County Council meets for a special meeting of council. Also happening next week is a special meeting of Dysart et al Council, Dysart’s meeting is happening Thursday at 9:00am.
The following week Highlands East is back at it with their regular meeting of council on Wednesday the 16th. The last meeting of January is county regular council that meets on Wednesday the 23rd.
