Police lay charges after traffic stop on Highway 35

a 35-year-old is in hot water following a traffic stop on Highway 35.

The Kawartha Lakes O.P.P. is reminding drivers to stay within the speed limit after the police force stopped and charged a person yesterday.

According to the police report, Tuesday, officers stopped an unnamed 35-year-old for speeding. After an investigation, the accused was charged with speeding, driving with a suspended license, and failure to provide a valid insurance card.

They are due in court February 5th.
