Police seeking information after a pair of break ins in Bancroft

The O.P.P. is looking for information following two break-insĀ in the Faraday Township area.

Bancroft O.P.P. has opened an investigation into a pair of break and enters in Highlands East’s neighbouring community in Bancroft.

According to the police report, last Friday, officers responded to a break in on Monck Road in Faraday. O.P.P. say the person believes their property was broken into and robbed sometime between January 1st and the 11th. The property owner says a number of things were stolen including a RIGID driver and drill, Poulan Chainsaw, a solar motion light, a Sony DVD player, a 14 inch Samsung TV, and various fishing roads and tackles.

The other reported theft was from a business in Maynooth where police say the owner of a business reported that someone broke into the business and stole a case of chocolate barsĀ on January 14th.
