Parts of Parliament Hill are still in lockdown. Many lockdowns in the downtown are slowly beginning to ease. Police are cautiously beginning to allow people out of some downtown buildings and easing the police barrier slightly. A crime scene is in place at the National War Memorial and police are keeping people away from the area. Police are still asking people to stay away from the downtown areas if at all possible.
