Prime Minster Stephen Harper’s address to the nation has been pushed back to 7:45 p.m. The Prime Minister will speak about the shooting on Parliament Hill in Ottawa that killed a young soldier at the War Memorial. Harper’s office has said that the PM is still meeting with his cabinet ministers to brief them on the situation and further action. CTV will broadcast the Prime Minister’s speech live.
