In a county council meeting, councilors approved staff reports including two that are bringing good news to residents. Fifteen thousand dollars left over from another project will go toward a professional inspection of Head Lake Bridge in hopes of repairing a crack. Another issue in Ingolsdby will hopefully be resolved as council approved installing a stop sign at Kashagawigamog Lake Road and Conestoga Road to reduce the number of drivers speeding in the area. Staff say they hope to have the stop sign in before winter, but it may have to wait until spring.
