UPDATE: although the big outage in Carnarvon has been restored, there is still random outages all over the county.
The earliest restoration time is 8:30pm.
High winds are wreaking havoc on the county’s power supply.
Hydro One reports that there are several power outages in Haliburton County. The biggest of which is in Carnarvon, where 688 people are without power. Hydro Ones expects that to be back up around 6:45pm.
There is another outage around Eagle Lake. 190 customers are without power there. The estimated restoration time is 7:15pm.
Throughout the county, there are several little outages effecting under 20 people. Their estimated restoration time ranges from 6:45pm to 7:15pm.
