Road construction along Bobcaygeon Road in Minden has been delayed because of the rain, but they’ve started to prepare for asphalt. They’ll be starting at the intersection of Highway 35 and will go along to the village. The roads department is warning drivers there will be lane disruptions and limited access to businesses. If you need to get to downtown Minden, you can take Newcastle or Water streets.
