HALIBURTON, ON – A Haliburton man has been confirmed as the victim in a local homicide case.
According to the Haliburton Highlands O.P.P. 49-year-old Robert Brown has been identified as the victim.
A homicide investigation was launched on Tuesday after police were called to a house on Highland Street around 1:00 am yesterday, and upon arrival, officers discovered Brown’s deceased body in the home.
As a part of the investigation, police arrested and charged 33-year-old Norman Hart with second-degree murder.
