The Minden Museum has put together a new exhibit to celebrate their 30th anniversary. Curator Darren Levstek says the artifacts like the original meeting minutes from the very first county council, represent the diversity of their collection. He says the main attraction is what they believe to be Minden’s oldest artifact that dates back to its founders. The exhibit is already open, but the main piece will be revealed at the formal opening on December 13 at 4:00 p.m. The exhibit runs until March 21.
