LAKE OF TWO RIVERS, ONĀ – A severe thunderstorm is forecast for Algonquin Park.
Anyone headed to that area should be aware the storm could be capable of producing strong winds, large hail and heavy rain.
Scattered thunderstorms will move southeastward across portions of the regions this afternoon.
Wind gusts up to 90 kilometres an hour, nickel sized hail and torrential downpours along with frequent cloud to ground lightning is expected.
Park officials and the Fire Marshall recommend that if the storm approaches, you should take cover immediately.
